Are you still operating despite Covid-19?

Yes we are! Although the operating costs have continued to rise during these testing times, we are constantly adapting to the situation as needed and are still successfully delivering orders to all customers worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide to most countries. Every order is provided with a tracking number for you to track your package shipping and delivery in real-time.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track the parcel via the email we sent you. You will also receive automatic delivery notifications whenever your order reaches a checkpoint, so you won't not need to manually look up your order. We also have a link to our Order Tracking page on our Home Page.

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Please note that while we place tremendous effort into ensuring that your order is delivered soonest, the estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. Your order can take anywhere between 8-28 days to arrive at your doorstep. 

On rare cases, the delivery time may take slightly longer due to the following factors which are unfortunately out of our control:

  • Extremely high demand for our items.
  • Delivery address and availability of delivery resources.
  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. 

Orders to the Middle East can take up to 45 days to be delivered, as customs in this region tend to take longer to screen packages.  

Orders that are not received within 60 days will be refunded or re-sent.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments through Paypal and Stripe.

Can I amend my order?

Contact us within 1 hour after your order is placed to make an amendment. We can't guarantee that we will be able to make the amendment, but we will try our best if your package has not yet been packed in our warehouse and handed over to the courier.
It is your responsibility to confirm your order details before placing an order. 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

It depends on your country's duties and taxes laws. If there is a fee, it is usually a very small amount.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely! We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Returns Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us us directly through our Contact Us page, so that we may resolve your issue immediately.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the Contact Us page on our website.
